SUP yoga, a combination of Stand Up Paddle and yoga, is a great way to improve balance, work on breathing techniques, strengthen muscles other than those used when practising on the ground and reduce stress by being in the fresh air and practising to the sound of the waves.



Inga, a yoga teacher and practitioner for over 15 years, will introduce you to SUP yoga and help you get the most out of it. Her mission: to make yoga a way of life, not just a routine or an exercise.

My classes are designed to meet your unique needs and encourage you to move beyond your comfort zone while respecting your body's capabilities.
