RENTAL FORM TO FILL IN
RESPONSIBILITIES AND RISKS
IN STAND UP PADDLE

Each user undertakes to respect and follow the instructions provided by the Swisspaddle instructor.

Each renter must be insured against damage to third parties caused by themselves during rental or lessons at the Swisspaddle centre. The civil liability of participants towards other participants during a course is not insured by Swisspaddle.

The hirer is responsible for ensuring that there is sufficient insurance cover for medical expenses incurred as a result of water sports activities.

The hirer is responsible for the equipment in the event of deliberate or intentional damage. Loss of or damage to equipment may incur costs.

The hirer must be able to swim a minimum of 50 metres freestyle.

It is compulsory to wear a safety leash and lifejacket during the activity.

The hirer must be aware of the sailing area to be respected.

The consumption of excessive alcohol is strongly discouraged. For safety reasons, Swisspaddle reserves the right to refuse to hire equipment to a hirer under the influence of alcohol.

Swisspaddle is not responsible for changes or cancellations of hire and courses due to bad weather conditions. Courses may be postponed depending on conditions.
I declare that I am of legal age and that I have taken out accident insurance to cover any damage or injury arising from the activity.
Or
I declare that I am the legal representative of a minor and that the minor has accident insurance covering any damage or injury resulting from the activity.
