Swisspaddle and the Léman Hope Foundation

A hopeful collaboration

At Swisspaddle, we believe in the power of solidarity and sport to make a difference in the lives of others. It's in this spirit that we proudly collaborate with the Léman hope foundation, an organization that provides support and inspiration to children and young people in remission from cancer.

 

Together, we run a number of initiatives on the waters of Lake Geneva and beyond, aimed at raising funds, providing enriching experiences and mobilizing our community around a noble cause.

Our actions to support Léman hope

Safety coordination for the Swim4Lemanhope event

Swisspaddle plays an essential role in the safety of the event on Lake Geneva. Our Stand Up Paddle instructors, accompanied by dedicated volunteer paddlers, ensure the safety of participants throughout the crossings. Their expertise and vigilance ensure that every event takes place in optimal conditions.
>> In 2025, Swim4Lémanhope will take place on August 27, 28 and 29.

Swisspaddle is also coordinating safety for the sister event, which takes place on Lake Zurich.

Organization of the Paddle4hope event

Since the summer of 2024, Swisspaddle has organized Paddle4hope, an event designed to raise funds for the Fondation Léman hope. This festive day brings together paddle enthusiasts around the lake, SUP and sport. The funds raised are donated to the foundation to help it in its mission.

 

SUP activity for children on Léman hope cruises

For children taking part in the cruises organized by Léman hope, Swisspaddle offers a Stand Up Paddle activity specially designed for them. These sessions on the water are an opportunity to get away from it all, have fun and discover the joys of SUP in a safe and caring environment.

Coaching and training for sporting challenges

Swisspaddle also supports individuals who take on sporting challenges in aid of Léman hope. Swisspaddle accompanies them in setting up their challenge with the foundation and in their physical preparation so that they can meet their objectives with confidence and determination.

Swisspaddle is always on the lookout for volunteers to enrich our initiatives. In particular, we need motivated paddlers to accompany the swimmers taking part in the Swim4Lémanhope event (team swim across Lake Geneva) in aid of children and young people in remission from cancer.
