For over 20 years, André-Gilles Perret has embodied a unique philosophy: combining adventure, passion and expertise to create unforgettable sporting experiences in complete safety. As founder and director of Swisspaddle, he has made it an essential reference point for water sports enthusiasts on Lake Geneva.

His mission: to enable everyone, beginners and experts alike, to enjoy memorable moments of discovery, challenge and safety.

Expertise forged by experience

​

André is much more than just an entrepreneur. A former athlete who studied windsurfing at national level in France (Pôle Espoir), he has sailed the waters of the world, whether for competitions or personal adventures.

He has also held key roles such as

 

• Director of the Montreux Riviera Swiss Ski School, training hundreds of students and coaching teams of professionals.

• Consultant to the United Nations on a ski resort project in North Korea, proving his ability to combine strategic vision with technical expertise.

• Product manager at Club Med, where he developed the wind academy for sailing and windsurfing.

• Youth and Sport ski expert, training ski instructors and teachers.

• Director of a sports shop, where his focus was on improving the customer experience and building customer loyalty.
